Title: Continuous Improvement Leader - Pricing, Quoting, Item Configuration (CPQ)

Reports to: Director

Location: Hartsville, SC, USA

Must-Haves: Experience in Pricing Analytics and/or Item Configuration in manufacturing. Project management experience and/or Six Sigma qualified at some level are a definite plus.

Job Description: The role involves playing a pivotal role in standardizing and enhancing level 2 business activities on a global scale, focusing on the Configuration of Items, Costing and Pricing of Products, and the Quote Generation and Delivery processes. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, eliminate non-value-added activities, and drive business value through process enhancements.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Global Process Owner to optimize CPQ processes, develop and own the strategic roadmap for CPQ processes, lead change initiatives, identify opportunities for synergy and optimize resource allocation, champion global process standards, and leverage Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for ongoing process enhancements.

Location: The position is based at the corporate headquarters in a scenic area close to exciting destinations.

Desired Skills: In-depth process knowledge in CPQ-related Lead to Cash activities, exceptional change management abilities, outstanding communication skills, strong business acumen, and technical awareness within the function.

Compensation: The annual base salary range for this role is $106,000.00 to $127,000.00. An incentive bonus is awarded based on achieving various business and individual goals, with the company having sole discretion in determining the amount.
