We currently have opportunities available for: Electricians; Refrigeration & Airconditioning Mechanics & Fire Protection Equipment Technicians
Successful applicants will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, testing, repair, and commissioning of electrical, HVAC-R, and fire protection systems across commercial and industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Services
- Install, maintain, test, and repair electrical systems, wiring, switchboards, and control systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance and fault-finding on electrical equipment
- Perform testing and compliance inspections in accordance with Australian Standards
- Complete electrical service reports and compliance documentation
- Respond to breakdowns and minimise operational downtime
Refrigeration & Airconditioning Services
- Install, service, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC-R mechanical and electrical faults
- Carry out preventative maintenance inspections and system testing
- Safely handle refrigerants in accordance with ARCtick and industry regulations
- Commission and optimise HVAC systems for commercial and industrial sites
Fire Protection Services
- Inspect, test, maintain, and service fire protection systems and equipment
- Service fire extinguishers, hose reels, hydrants, fire blankets, and related systems
- Identify faults, defects, and non-compliance issues
- Install and replace fire protection equipment where required
- Complete service documentation in accordance with AS1851 and relevant Australian Standards
General Duties (All Roles)
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
- Maintain tools, equipment, PPE, and company vehicles in safe working condition
- Complete service reports, quotations, maintenance records, and digital job documentation
- Liaise professionally with customers, site managers, and internal teams
- Participate in preventative maintenance programs and scheduled servicing
- Supervise and support apprentices where required
- Travel to customer sites and work overtime when necessary

Qualifications & Licences
Applicants must hold relevant trade qualifications and/or industry experience applicable to the role, including:
- Relevant Certificate III trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Construction White Card
- Electrical Licence (for Electricians)
- ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence (for Refrigeration Mechanics)
- Fire industry licences/accreditations where applicable (for Fire Protection Technicians)
- Additional tickets such as Working at Heights, Confined Space, and First Aid Certificates will be highly regarded.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum two years of relevant industry experience preferred
- Experience within commercial or industrial environments highly regarded
- Ability to work safely and efficiently under minimal supervision
Salary
Annual salary between $80k and $95k depending on qualifications and experience.
