Job Summary

We are seeking several Production Technician to join our client's dynamic team at a leading pharmaceutical company in West Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and supporting the manufacturing of high-quality pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of machinery.
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct cleaning and sterilization of equipment and work areas.
• Handle raw materials, packaging, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.

Requirements

• NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shift hours if required.
