The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring superior patient/customer satisfaction via the highest quality care and service. This position directs and supervises functions and activities in assigned areas.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
- Additional experience may be required in some areas based on specialty programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of direct RN clinical experience in a High-Risk Labor and Delivery department.
- 2+ years as a RN Nurse Manager overseeing a Labor and Delivery department and/or as a Charge RN in a Labor and Delivery department.
- Masters degree in nursing or related field.
- Managerial experience working in a union environment.
