Position Overview: 

We are seeking Customer Success Associates to handle customer queries for an electric vehicle process based in the US. The role involves providing excellent customer support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Customer Success Associate US Electric Vehicle Process

Shift:

24/7 Rotational Shifts (Majority Night Shift, as per US hours) | 5 days working, 2 rotational offs

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat in English.
- Provide accurate information and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams for problem resolution and escalation handling.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow communication protocols.

Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in US English (B2/C1 level proficiency) both verbal and written.
- Typing Speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Education: Graduate from any field.
- Experience: Preferred candidates with BPO experience (international process); freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Ability to handle customer queries in a voice-based process.
