Content Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS – Veterinary AI)

We are supporting the search for a fast-growing Vet Health startup based in Silicon Valley that is building an advanced AI platform to transform veterinary diagnostics. The mission is to help veterinarians make faster, more accurate clinical decisions while reducing burnout and improving outcomes for animals worldwide.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to become the first dedicated content hire and shape the company's voice, narrative, and content strategy from the ground up.
You will work closely with the founders to translate product vision, clinical insights, and market strategy into compelling content that educates, persuades, and converts.
The role combines high-level strategy with hands‑on execution: defining how the company positions itself in the market while also creating high‑impact content across channels.

Key Responsibilities


Content Strategy & Planning
Own the editorial calendar across all content channels
Define content pillars aligned with business goals and buyer journey
Identify content opportunities through market and competitor research
Support content strategy for product launches, partnerships, and expansion into new markets

Be the webmaster of the landing page  www.diagnovet.ai, with the ability to edit the site, update content, and make any necessary changes.

Content Creation
Write and publish website articles
Produce white papers, case studies, and technical content for professional audiences
Develop thought leadership content for LinkedIn
Create social media content adapted to each platform
Produce sales enablement assets such as one‑pagers, email sequences, and positioning materials

Distribution & Performance
Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram)
Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging
Track content performance and continuously improve strategy
Ensure brand voice consistency across all touchpoints

What We're Looking For

Must‑Have Skills
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Strong writing and storytelling skills across multiple formats
Experience creating content for B2B SaaS, technology, or startup environments
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on content production
Strong familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar to accelerate content production
Experience running ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Self‑directed professional who can take ownership and operate with minimal supervision

You must be located in LATAM

Nice to Have
Portuguese language skills
Experience in veterinary medicine, healthtech, diagnostics, or scientific communication
Previous experience working in early‑stage startups
