They are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Senior Recruiter with a solid background and experience in the F&B and Hospitality sectors. The successful candidate will lead the End-to-End Recruitment Process and possess a solid track record of filling requisitions in an efficient and effective manner.
Position Summary:
The Senior Recruiter will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, overseeing the full recruitment cycle with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences. You will own recruitment for key roles across the F&B and hospitality landscape front of house, back of house, and corporate ensuring a steady pipeline of top-tier talent. This is a role for a dynamic, organized, and people-centric professional who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the F&B operational environment, a passion for people, and the technical aptitude to leverage modern recruitment tools for efficient and effective hiring. This role requires a dynamic personality, strategic mindset, and exceptional relationship management skills to ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities & Role:
Own the Full Recruitment Lifecycle:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and post-hire follow-up.
- Lead recruitment efforts for high-priority roles across kitchen, service, operations, and management functions.
Sourcing & Talent Mapping:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using multiple platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, job boards (Indeed, Bayt, Naukri Gulf, Foundit, etc.), industry-specific networks, and social media.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Implement Boolean search techniques and passive talent engagement strategies.
Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management:
- Partner with F&B department heads and HR leadership to define hiring strategies aligned with operational needs and business growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring best practices.
- Lead regular recruitment updates with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive accountability.
- Provide consultative support and market insights to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning.
Candidate Experience Management:
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate journey from first contact through onboarding.
- Conduct effective screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical fit, soft skills, and alignment with company culture.
- Ensure timely feedback loops and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Process Optimization & Reporting/Tech-Savvy Recruitment Execution:
- Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment analytics to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Track key performance metrics: time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer-to-acceptance ratio, and candidate satisfaction.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, job boards (Bayt, Naukri Gulf, Caterer Global, Indeed, Foundit), and Boolean search techniques to source and engage high-quality talent.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate experience ratings, and pipeline conversion rates.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction:
- Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to enhance employer brand visibility and promote the company as an employer of choice in the F&B sector.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry forums to boost talent acquisition efforts within the F&B and hospitality space.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR to enhance employer branding efforts on social platforms and career pages.
Qualifications & Skills:
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment; F&B and hospitality sector experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume and fast-paced hiring needs, particularly across GCC markets.
- Demonstrated success in hiring a wide range of roles from line staff and chefs to restaurant managers and regional directors.
Technical Competence:
- Proficient in using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable, BambooHR, Lever) and recruitment CRMs.
- Skilled in sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, niche job boards, and Boolean search.
- Able to interpret and act on recruitment metrics and analytics to improve performance.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.

- In-depth understanding of the F&B and hospitality talent landscape, including job structures, labor trends, and regional market dynamics.
- Familiar with local labor laws and recruitment compliance standards across the GCC.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) are a plus.
- Multilingual skills (e.g., English, Arabic, or French) are an advantage.
