Role Summary:

Our client is looking for a reliable and organized Project Operations Controller to help manage the day-to-day financial tracking, coordination, and documentation for a private residential development project. The role is mainly administrative and operational, supporting smooth communication between suppliers, contractors, architects, and management.

This person ensures that payments, timelines, and project documents are monitored properly, helping the project stay on track and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial & Payment Tracking.
  • Check and record incoming invoices.
  • Track payment schedules and ensure payments match completed work.
  • Maintain simple logs for expenses and budgets.

Project Coordination:

  • Follow up with contractors, suppliers, architects, and the project manager on timelines.
  • Keep management updated on progress and any delays.
  • Assist with scheduling and basic project tracking.
  • Procurement & Logistics Support.
  • Help track material orders and shipments.
  • Verify deliveries and update simple records (BOQs, delivery notes, etc.).

Documentation & Filing:

  • Organize contracts, drawings, receipts, and reports.
  • Keep project folders updated and easy to access.

Contract Administration:

  • Maintain a list of all contracts and scopes of work.
  • Ensure any changes or updates are saved and recorded properly.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or operations.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow up, multitask, and keep clear records.
  • Basic understanding of project timelines, invoices, and procurement processes.
