About the Role:
Our client is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be the visual voice of our brand — responsible for creating compelling, consistent, and high-quality content across all company touchpoints. From building and maintaining our brand identity to producing day-to-day visual assets, you will play a central role in how we look and communicate to the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Identity & Visual Standards:
- Develop, maintain, and evolve the company's visual brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Ensure consistency in design language, color palettes, typography, and tone across all deliverables.
- Build and maintain up-to-date brand guidelines and design system documentation.
Visual Content Creation:
Design a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including:
- Company Profile documents and presentations
- Website banners (following established naming conventions)
- Email banners and newsletter visuals (following established naming conventions)
- Social media graphics and promotional content
- Internal communications and event materials
Follow the company's established file naming conventions for all deliverables to ensure proper asset
management and version control.
AI-Assisted & Video Content:
- Produce short-form video content and motion graphics for digital channels.
Leverage AI content creation tools to accelerate and enhance visual production, including:
- Adobe Firefly for generative image and vector creation
- Nano Banana for AI-assisted design workflows
- OpenAI Sora for AI-generated video content
- Stay up to date with emerging AI design tools and recommend new workflows that improve team efficiency and output quality.
Collaboration & Asset Management:
- Work closely with the marketing, communications, and leadership teams to translate briefs into polished visual assets.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and brand files.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines without compromising quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaborative design workflows.
- Experience in video editing — comfortable cutting, color grading, and producing short-form content.
- Demonstrated experience or strong awareness of AI content creation tools (Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana, OpenAI Sora, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Photography and photo retouching skills — ability to shoot, edit, and retouch images to a professional standard.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when adhering to naming conventions and brand standards.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with motion graphics or animation (Adobe After Effects or similar).
- Background in print production or large-format design.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics for email design.
