Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business across Beirut, KSA, and Dubai, with future expansion into Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the CEO, the BDM will play a critical role in establishing a high-performing sales function from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales of AI, data, analytics, SaaS, or other enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposal development, and closing.

  • Identify and approach top-performing candidates from competitors and industry peers.

  • Generate qualified leads and develop a robust sales pipeline across target markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government and enterprise clients.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and other internal teams to support business growth.

  • Track performance metrics and report on pipeline, revenue, and market development.

Target Markets & Competitors

  • Focus on government and enterprise sectors.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5-8 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in tech/data/AI/SaaS.

  • Full-cycle sales ownership with a proven track record in winning mid- to large-enterprise deals.

  • Startup or scale-up experience; entrepreneurial, self-driven, able to operate with light structure.

  • Strong network and ties across GCC/MENA markets, including government and enterprise sectors.

  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo or equivalent).

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Number of qualified meetings per month.

  • Quarterly pipeline value ($) and revenue closed.

  • Quota attainment percentage.

  • Opportunity progression rate.

  • New accounts opened per year.
