Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant with strong experience in client acquisition and deal closing to join our team in Lebanon. The successful candidate will specialize in Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Real Estate Sales, targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) who value international mobility, lifestyle investments, and premium services.

This role requires a proactive, resourceful, and professional individual who thrives on performance-based rewards and can build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Independently identify, research, and qualify potential clients.
  • Actively perform cold calls, online prospecting, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2-Sales & Client Advisory:

  • Present citizenship and real estate investment solutions in a persuasive, structured, and professional manner.
  • Educate clients on the benefits, requirements, and timelines of programs.
  • Conduct eligibility screenings and ensure suitability before engaging operations team.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and close sales with efficiency and accuracy.

3-Client Relationship Management:

  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with HNWIs.
  • Provide exceptional follow-up and after-sales support to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Represent the company at events, client meetings, and professional networking opportunities.

4-Reporting & Team Collaboration:

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly pipeline reports.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, legal, and management teams to ensure smooth client experience.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to help improve services and strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales (3-5 years minimum), preferably in:

Citizenship/residency programs

Investment advisory

Luxury real estate, wealth management, or high-value services

  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and successfully perform cold calls.
  • Strong closing skills with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with high-net-worth individuals with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • High resilience and persistence comfortable working in a results-driven environment.
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic required. French is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred (business, sales, marketing, or related field).
