Estimation Engineer

Company Overview:

Our client is one of Nigeria's leading private construction groups, with a rich history of delivering high-quality construction projects across the country. They are looking for highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to manage the Estimation Process for the Building and Infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will oversee the cost estimates and plans for such projects and ensure accuracy, and collaborate with project teams for seamless and smooth execution of projects. The selected candidate will be based in their Beirut Lebanon branch.

Key Responsibilities & Role:

• Conduct detailed estimations and quantity take-offs for roads and transportation projects.
• Prepare cost plans and budget estimates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide technical expertise in design, planning, and execution phases.
• Monitor project progress and update cost estimates as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any similar degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimation and/or technical roles within Infrastructure, Building, Transportation projects.
• Knowledge of estimation processes, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and material sourcing.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
