Position Overview:

As the Corporate Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overarching marketing strategy that supports the diverse businesses within the organization. You will play a critical role in enhancing the brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ensuring the achievement of marketing objectives across all business lines. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and individual business units.

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their specific marketing needs and ensure alignment with the corporate strategy.

2. Brand Management:

- Uphold and enhance the corporate brand identity and image across all business lines.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of branding guidelines to ensure consistent branding throughout the organization.

3. Digital and Traditional Marketing:

- Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

- Develop and execute traditional marketing campaigns, such as print, outdoor, and TV advertising, as required.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.

- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and adapt them as needed.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

6. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and responsible resource allocation.

7. Public Relations and Communications:

- Oversee public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communications.

- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, government bodies, and industry partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within a diverse and dynamic business environment..

- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing technology.
