Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Specification professional to drive product integration within projects across the UAE construction and building systems market. The role focuses on engaging with architects, consultants, interior designers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful specification and technical alignment of solutions within project designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's product portfolio to architects, consultants, interior designers, and key project stakeholders.
- Support stakeholders in incorporating product specifications into project designs, tender documentation, and technical submissions.
- Deliver technical presentations and conduct product demonstrations to consultants and specifiers.
- Participate in technical meetings and support mock-up reviews during project development phases.
- Review architectural drawings, MEP layouts, and project documentation to recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Coordinate closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution follow-up.
- Track project pipelines, maintain CRM records, and provide regular updates on specification activities and progress.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, market trends, and competitor solutions within motorized and automated building systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in specifications, technical sales, project coordination, or account management within the construction or building technologies sector.
- Strong understanding of building systems and automation concepts.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, MEP layouts, and technical documentation.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with building technologies such as BMS, GRMS, IoT systems, and protocols such as Zigbee is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
