They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tiling industry and a proven track record in project sales. This role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Identify and target new business opportunities in the tiling sector.

- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other potential clients.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Sales Management:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to ensure profitability.

Project Coordination:

- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and installation of tiling products.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

- Follow up on client feedback and take corrective actions as necessary.


- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales within the tiling industry, specifically in project sales.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong understanding of the tiling industry and market dynamics in Dubai.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
