Our client is a leading solutions provider in the information technology & telecommunication sectors with a focus on the following service areas: IT Infrastructure Solutions, IT Managed Services, Cloud Enablement and Data Centre Infrastructure (including on-premises, public/private/or hybrid), Carrier-grade Telecom Infrastructure, Products and Solutions, Telecom Security, Lawful Intercept, and Fraud Prevention.

They are currently looking for an Alliance/Channel Manager to join their team in Beirut! The Alliance & Channel Manager will be responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding our partners' network. They will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with alliances, partners, and enterprises to drive sales and revenue. They will present the company's services, products, and solution offerings to our customers in collaboration with our partners to achieve sales growth.

To excel in this role, effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as a deep understanding of our industry and market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accounts planning to generate sales leads and prospects effectively.
  • Create new opportunities through our alliance/partner network to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
    Close sales deals and ensure alignment with our alliance and channel partners.
  • Identify and onboard new alliance and channel partners and assess their potential to contribute to our sales objectives and market penetration.
  • Establish and sustain robust relationships with alliance and channel partners, such as distributors, vendors, and other vital stakeholders.
  • Present our services, products, and solution offerings to our customers in collaboration with our partners.
  • Provide support and training to our channel partners on services, products, and solution offerings to ensure success.
  • Work with partners to create and execute joint marketing initiatives and incentives to generate demand and boost sales.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.
    Evaluate and provide feedback on partner performance and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and capitalize on significant opportunities, leveraging strategic sales acumen and proactive mindset.
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue goals, partner sales results, and market trends.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
    Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in channel management or sales with the SAAS technology industry
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Fluency in English and Arabic language

Working Conditions: Some travel may be required when requested to attend meetings with alliances and partners.
