About the job Account Manager
Our client is an up-to-date platform in the F&B services industry, that creates a mobile marketplace connecting businesses in the Middle East. They are currently looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Kuwait!
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.

Role scope:
Managing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Actively seeking new sales opportunities through frequent customer interactions and market analysis
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to customers
Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers
Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Role requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pipedrive/CRM
Experience in F&B procurement is a plus
