Job Overview:

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in upholding the brand's reputation for luxury and excellence. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Store Operations Management:

    • Efficiently manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
    • Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, creating an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
  2. Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
    • Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching to team members.
  3. Sales and Customer Service:

    • Drive sales by setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
    • Foster a customer-centric culture by personally engaging with customers and resolving escalated issues promptly.
  4. Visual Merchandising:

    • Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
    • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to implement seasonal changes and promotional displays.
  5. Inventory Management:

    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.
    • Conduct regular stock audits and collaborate with headquarters on restocking needs.
  6. Budget and Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage the store's budget, including forecasting and cost control.
    • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  7. Customer Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring that customers receive personalized and exceptional service.
    • Collect and utilize customer feedback to improve the shopping experience.
  8. Health and Safety Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to provide a safe shopping environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in the luxury retail sector, preferably in furniture or home decor.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
