Company Overview:

Our client is a holding group in Kuwait with several business divisions such as Industrial Services, Facilities Management, Energy Services, Lighting Systems, Building Technologies, Engineering, Furniture, Logistics, and Warehousing.

They are currently looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their team in Kuwait.

As a Recruitment Manager, you'll lead talent acquisition efforts, overseeing sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes to meet staffing requirements and drive organizational growth.


  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top.
  2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  3. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for roles.
  4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  5. Manage recruitment campaigns and advertising efforts to reach target candidates.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  7. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the candidate evaluation process.
  8. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and manage recruitment data.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. 6+ years of experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  8. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
