Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Sales Consultant / Skin Therapist (Trainer). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality training on the company's Skin brands. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid sales background, hands-on expertise in skincare or beauty therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

1-Sales and Business Development:

  • Actively seek out and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their needs.

2-Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Regularly visit salons, spas, hotels, and beauty retailers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for client inquiries and support.

3-Training and Education:

  • Deliver product knowledge, features, and benefits training to clients.
  • Conduct demonstrations and practical training sessions.
  • Support the marketing team with promotional activities and events.

4-Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and submit sales reports and analysis.
  • Keep accurate records of activities and transactions in the CRM system.

5-Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sales and Education Coordinator and other team members to align on objectives.
  • Share client feedback with the team to improve offerings.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and/or skin therapy experience (beauty industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Flexibility for travel and occasional work outside office hours.
