About the job Export Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Development:
- Identify and develop new export markets for cleaning FMCG products.
- Conduct market research to understand demand, regulations, and competition.
2. Sales & Business Development:
- Build and manage relationships with international distributors, agents, and retailers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with overseas clients.
3. Logistics & Documentation:
- Coordinate export logistics (shipping, customs clearance, Incoterms).
- Ensure proper export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
4. Compliance & Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, product standards, and labeling requirements.
- Handle product registration and documentation for export countries.
5. Forecasting & Planning:
- Collaborate with production and supply chain to ensure timely availability of products.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for export markets.
6. Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor export sales performance and analyze trends.
- Provide regular reports to senior management.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
- 4-8 years in export sales, preferably in FMCG or cleaning products.
- Experience with international trade regulations and logistics- specially GCC and Africa
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, shipping terms, and documentation.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Culturally aware and able to work with international teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
