About the job Export Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Market Development:

  • Identify and develop new export markets for cleaning FMCG products.
  • Conduct market research to understand demand, regulations, and competition.

2. Sales & Business Development:

  • Build and manage relationships with international distributors, agents, and retailers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with overseas clients.

3. Logistics & Documentation:

  • Coordinate export logistics (shipping, customs clearance, Incoterms).
  • Ensure proper export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).

4. Compliance & Regulations:

  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, product standards, and labeling requirements.
  • Handle product registration and documentation for export countries.

5. Forecasting & Planning:

  • Collaborate with production and supply chain to ensure timely availability of products.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for export markets.

6. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor export sales performance and analyze trends.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 4-8 years in export sales, preferably in FMCG or cleaning products.
  • Experience with international trade regulations and logistics- specially GCC and Africa
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, shipping terms, and documentation.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Culturally aware and able to work with international teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
