They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai!

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the kitchen industry and a successful track record in sales. This role involves actively seeking new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective strategies and execution.


Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the kitchen design and installation sector.

- Develop and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-end clients.

- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Sales Management:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Project Coordination:

- Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.

- Oversee project timelines and ensure successful execution of kitchen installations.

- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients throughout the project.

- Collect and act upon client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.


- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales within the kitchen industry.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering

- In-depth knowledge of kitchen design, materials, and installation processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
