Production Supervisor

Position: Production Supervisor

Company Overview:

Our client is a holding company with several business divisions in Kuwait. They are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team in Kuwait.

The production supervisor oversees the manufacturing process and ensures that production is successful by managing all aspects of it.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all items produced are as per Technical Instructions
• Capable and familiar with production planning and efficiency
• Familiar with automated industrial bakery manufacturing lines
• Knowledge in food Haccp, safety and hygiene
• Capable of supervising 80+ staff members
• Familiar with at least 3 bakery production categories (Pastry, French bread, Arabic bread, Central kitchen, Breadsticks, Arabic sweets)
• Capable of preparing detailed production and waste daily and monthly reports
• Capable of working in different shifts

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role
• Minimum 3 years in the Industrial bakery field
• A degree in a relevant field will be an advantage
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Problem-solving skills
