About the job Head of Sales
Our client is an up-to-date platform in the F&B services industry, that creates a mobile marketplace connecting businesses in the Middle East. They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven 'Head of Sales' to join their rapidly growing food procurement company.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team and driving revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies and tactics.
Role scope:
Develop and implement sales strategies that achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team,
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate and close complex deals with new and existing customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product
development, to ensure the successful launch of new products and services.
Prepare and manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.
Role requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Head of Sales or similar leadership role
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights
Experience with sales forecasting and budget management
Strong team management and coaching skills
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
