Job Title: ERP (SAP S/4HANA) Project Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (short-term) and Beirut, Lebanon (long-term)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead our ERP upgrade and implementation across our construction group and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring the solution meets our business objectives, is delivered on time and within budget, and is fully adopted by all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

1. Lead the SAP S/4HANA upgrade/implementation project from planning through go-live and stabilization.
2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
3. Coordinate internal teams and external SAP partners/consultants.

Stakeholder Management:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including executive sponsor, department leads, and external consultants.
2. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status updates to leadership.

Business Process Alignment:

1. Work with business analysts and functional leads to gather requirements and ensure SAP S/4HANA is configured to support core construction and subsidiary processes.
2. Oversee process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
3. Risk & Change Management:
4. Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
5. Lead change management efforts, including user training, communications, and adoption strategies.

Quality Assurance:

1. Ensure rigorous testing, data migration, and validation processes.
2. Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet agreed-upon quality standards.

Post-Go-Live Support:

1. Oversee transition to support teams and ensure a smooth handover.
2. Drive continuous improvement and optimization post-implementation.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business, Business Computing, Computer Science, or related field.

8+ years of project management experience with experience in SAP and at least 1 full-cycle ERP implementation (preferably SAP S/4 Hana or alternatively, Oracle / Microsoft Navision)

Experience in the construction, engineering, or related industries is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and change management.

Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
