Store Manager

Our client is a leading hypermarket chain in KSA, they are currently looking for experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Store Manager for their Hypermarket in Riyadh. 

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hypermarket, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to organizational policies.

2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive working environment. Provide guidance and support to achieve performance targets.

3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards, addressing customer concerns, and overseeing the overall shopping experience.

4. Financial Management: Responsible for the financial performance of the store, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets.

5. Inventory Control: Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.

6. Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Store Manager in Hyper/Supermarkets or a similar managerial role for 3 to 5 years in KSA or GCC countries.

2. Diploma/Degree Holder.

3. Previous experience in Hyper/Supermarkets management, with an advantage for those with FMCG experience.

4. Proficient in English and Arabic, with strong communication skills.

5. Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.

6. Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills.
