The Opportunity:

As a Talent Sourcer, you will employ diverse channels to actively seek potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and cultivate talent pipelines for future hiring requirements. You'll play a pivotal role in connecting with a premier range of clients, from local businesses to multinational corporations across various sectors and industries in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage top talent for a variety of roles within Senior Management, Business Support, Client Servicing, and Tech & Operations.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to build a diverse talent pool.
  • Work closely with our recruitment specialists to understand client needs and provide tailored talent solutions.
  • Stay abreast of trends and developments in the job market, as well as employment laws and practices across the Middle East.
  • Craft and send recruiting emails
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum 4 years work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Familiarity with the Middle Eastern job market and employment laws is a must.
  • A proactive and dynamic approach to problem-solving and candidate search.
