Our client is a dynamic technology and consulting group headquartered in Lebanon, operating across multiple entities and sectors. They are expanding their finance team and seek a skilled professional to oversee all financial operations and provide strategic insights to support growth.
Position Overview
The Finance Manager will lead and manage all aspects of the clients financial operations. This is a hands-on role combining accounting & compliance ensuring Lebanese tax and audit requirements are met and financial planning & analysis, including budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow management.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with holding companies or multi-entity structures in Lebanon, capable of accurate consolidation and intercompany reporting, while delivering forward-looking financial insights and visual reports for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations.
- Manage Lebanese tax obligations: VAT, income tax, NSSF, and Ministry of Finance reporting.
- Handle compliance and reporting for holding company structures and subsidiaries.
- Lead year-end closing and coordinate with external auditors.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and manage annual budgets; track actuals vs. forecasts.
- Build cash-flow projections and financial models to guide decisions.
- Provide monthly financial reports and performance analysis to management.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI) for leadership visibility.
- Support leadership with business cases, cost optimization, and investment planning.
Systems & Process
- Maintain accurate records in an ERP system (Odoo preferred).
- Enhance financial processes, internal controls, and reporting practices.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, Sales, and Tech on finance-related workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA a plus).
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Lebanon.
- Proven track record with Lebanese tax compliance and audit preparation.
- Experience managing holding companies or multi-entity group structures.
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI reporting experience required.
- ERP experience (Odoo preferred).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and own the full finance function.
