Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will lead the company's global marketing function building, scaling, and executing a high-performance marketing engine that drives demand, enhances brand positioning, and supports enterprise sales growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has previously built or significantly scaled a marketing operation within a B2B tech, SaaS, or AI environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership
    • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a small but high-performing marketing team (content, digital, and design).
    • Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI across campaigns and channels.
  • Demand Generation
    • Drive qualified leads through multi-channel campaigns, including LinkedIn, email, events, partnerships, and ABM.
    • Build strong synergy with sales to generate and nurture opportunities in enterprise and government sectors.
  • Brand & Positioning
    • Strengthen market positioning and storytelling across the MENA and global markets.
    • Develop value propositions, messaging, and brand identity that resonate with enterprise and government clients.
  • Content & Thought Leadership
    • Oversee the creation of impactful content whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and PR campaigns.
    • Position the company as a thought leader in the AI, SaaS, and data analytics space.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to produce case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, and targeted collateral.
    • Ensure marketing materials directly support the enterprise sales cycle and accelerate deal closures.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.
    • Leverage data to optimize campaign performance and justify marketing spend.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including 4-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in B2B technology, AI, SaaS, or data analytics environments.
  • Experience overseeing both demand generation and brand strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or scale a marketing function from the ground up.
  • Background in enterprise marketing and sales enablement.
  • Agency experience or cross-functional collaboration with agencies is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
