Role Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled PAM Integration Engineer to lead the integration of privileged access management solutions across complex telecom environments. The role focuses on securing privileged access to critical infrastructure by implementing credential vaulting, session management, and access controls across a wide range of systems and platforms.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep expertise in PAM technologies, system integrations, and secure access governance within large-scale, mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of telecom systems (2G / 4G / 5G core and access nodes) with the Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform

  • Implement and manage secure privileged access, including credential vaulting, session recording, and access policy enforcement

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on PAM solutions, providing technical guidance and best-practice implementation

  • Onboard new systems using standard PAM integrations and develop custom launchers for non-standard or legacy systems

  • Design, develop, and maintain password rotation scripts for:
    • Windows environments

    • Linux environments

    • Non-standard and proprietary operating systems

  • Conduct discovery and onboarding of local and privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, and non-standard OS platforms

  • Ensure comprehensive PAM coverage across all critical infrastructure assets

  • Collaborate with security, SOC, and infrastructure teams to support secure operations and compliance requirements

  • Troubleshoot integration issues and continuously optimize PAM workflows and configurations

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management solutions

  • Proven experience integrating PAM with telecom or large-scale enterprise systems

  • Expert-level knowledge of:
    • Credential vaulting

    • Privileged session management

    • Account discovery and onboarding

  • Advanced scripting experience for password rotation and automation

  • Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and non-standard OS environments

  • Experience working in high-security, regulated, or mission-critical environments

  • Ability to work independently and lead technical PAM initiatives end-to-end


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in telecommunications, critical infrastructure, or large enterprise environments

  • Exposure to multi-vendor or complex infrastructure ecosystems

  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
