We are currently seeking a Outbound Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Position: Outbound Inside Sales Representative

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Remuneration: Base salary plus bonus


Duties and Responsibilities

- Engage with prospects to understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs, offering tailored solutions to support their growth.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential SMB customers.

- Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest in our solutions.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities.

- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer success teams to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

- Keep up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and market changes to provide well-informed recommendations.

- Proactively source new opportunities, prioritize activities, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.


Requirements

- Native or fluent in German (C1), with strong verbal and written skills. Proficient in English (minimum B2).

- Proven success in closing sales or sales development roles, especially within the SMB segment, with a track record of exceeding targets.

- Passionate about business development with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.

- Skilled in navigating complex sales processes and engaging multiple decision-makers, including senior executives.

- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and articulating value propositions effectively.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and persistent in lead pursuit and deal closing.

- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and territory management.

- Industry experience in E-commerce, Fintech, Retail, or Hospitality is advantageous.

- Previous experience selling POS solutions is a plus.

- Familiarity with MEDDICC, BANT, or Challenger sales methodologies is an asset.
