We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our team, in Valencia, Spain.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mentoring a Team since at least 1 year. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 30 support professionals, fostering high performance and career growth.
- Take full accountability for key performance metrics such as service levels, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance to exceed targets.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports, insights, and improvement strategies to senior management.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, skill development, and professional progress within the team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with workforce planning and scheduling teams to align resources with operational demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure a seamless customer experience and aligned objectives.


Requirements:

- Native Dutch speaker (C2), both oral and written; fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing customer support or service teams of similar size.
- Demonstrated ability to manage performance through SLAs and KPIs.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues and identify process improvements.
- Analytical, data-driven approach to performance evaluation and enhancement implementation.
- Genuine passion for customer service excellence and team development.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms, call center tools, or related technologies is advantageous.
