We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in Recruitment process. This is a full-time, position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.


Position: Recruiter, Freelance, English speaker

Location: Bangalore, Yelahanka (request to work in office),
Hybrid 3 days per week in office (Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday)

Position: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Date of start: ASAP

Tasks:

- Maintain a consistent flow of candidates across various industries and regions.

- Present qualified candidates promptly in the Staff Shop format for open requisitions.

- Manage daily communication with clients and candidates through various channels.

- Conduct quality calls and check-ins to assess onsite needs, replace staff, and react accordingly.

- Advocate and demonstrate the company Mission, Vision, and Values to employees, clients, and temporary staff.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in Sourcing, Boolean search on LinkedIn, Google.

- Relevant experience in Preselection, following up full cycle process.

- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

- At least 3 years of full cycle Recruiting Experience.

- Work hybrid.

- Experience with different kinds of Compagnies: BPO, Industrial..
