Job Purpose

As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions, improve processes, and drive growth. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to optimize operations, enhance customer value, and identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for business strategy and operations.
• Business Forecasting: Develop models to forecast trends, identify risks, and recommend opportunities for revenue growth.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to support decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows, recommend enhancements, and work cross-functionally to implement improvements.
• Strategic Support: Present insights and recommendations to executives, identifying new business opportunities and supporting growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 25 years experience in data/business analysis, ideally within insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel. SQL, Python, or R knowledge is a plus.
• Strong skills in business modeling, forecasting, and process analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
