Roles & Responsibilities:
- Localize global marketing materials to align with Thai market trends and culture.
- Collaborate with content/design teams to create region-specific case studies.
- Identify and engage local partners and hospitality associations for event collaboration.
- Manage partner agreements and ensure timely execution of event deliverables.
- Execute co-marketing strategies to boost event visibility and attendance.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue, vendors, travel, and AV setup.
- Oversee event registration and collaborate on campaign execution.
- Manage post-event reporting and follow-up activities.
- Lead on-site execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and engagement.
- Provide real-time event support including speaker and audience coordination.
- Collect feedback and leads, supporting post-event engagement efforts.
- Work with sales to qualify and follow up on leads from events.
- Run localized demand generation campaigns across digital channels.
- Maintain CRM updates to track event-driven lead conversions.
Key Competencies for the Role:
- Strong project and event management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Thai and English.
- Ability to localize content effectively for diverse regional markets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks across different countries with agility.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or regional campaign management.
- Experience working across multiple Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
- Fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of Indonesian or Filipino languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines for event execution.
