Job Description- Business Development Executive 30k-55k

Responsible for managing regional customers, generating and converting leads, upselling, handling client escalations, aligning operations with local needs, and contributing to regional sales strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Education
• Bachelors degree (preferred in Business, Hospitality, or related field)
• Work Experience
• Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably in hotel technology or SaaS)
• End-to-end sales cycle experience, including deal closing
• Industry: Hospitality / SaaS / Tech
• Tools: CRM software
• Languages: English (required); Thai (preferred)

Specific Certifications

• Not mandatory; certifications in sales, hospitality tech, or CRM are a plus
• Language Requirements
• English (Professional proficiency)
• Thai (Preferred for regional communication)
• Monthly Gross Salary Range
• THB 30,000 55,000 (depending on experience and region)
• Commission / Bonus / Incentives
