Position: Business Analyst / System Analyst (Outsource)

Openings: 3 Positions

Location: Ratchada (Hybrid Work)

Contract: 6-Month Outsource Contract

Monthly Salary: Up to THB 50,000

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and user requirements to define system specifications and solutions
• Design system workflows and manage API/system integration between platforms
• Collaborate with development teams, testers, and stakeholders to design and implement digital products or internal systems
• Create and review documentation, including Functional and Technical Specifications
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support post-deployment activities
• Manage and follow up on incidents or production issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate with related teams for resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or System Analysis
• Experience in system integration or digital product development is a strong plus
• Good understanding of Web Services (SOAP, JSON, RESTful API)
• Familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a hybrid model and commute to True Ratchada as scheduled
