Job Description- Business Development Executive 30k-55k
Responsible for managing regional customers, generating and converting leads, upselling, handling client escalations, aligning operations with local needs, and contributing to regional sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelors degree (preferred in Business, Hospitality, or related field)
- Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably in hotel technology or SaaS)
- End-to-end sales cycle experience, including deal closing
- Industry: Hospitality / SaaS / Tech
- Tools: CRM software
- Languages: English (required); Thai (preferred)
Specific Certifications
- Not mandatory; certifications in sales, hospitality tech, or CRM are a plus
- Language Requirements
- English (Professional proficiency)
- Thai (Preferred for regional communication)
- Monthly Gross Salary Range
- THB 30,000 55,000 (depending on experience and region)
- Commission / Bonus / Incentives
