Security respond & Coordinator
Contract Period: 6 Months
Work Location: (CW Tower, Ratchadaphisek Rd)
Service Availability: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00, and standby emergency case holiday (online. less happen)
Objective
To support coordination between (3rd part SOC) and Customers internal teams by ensuring clear communication and follow-up on security-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate SOC Requests and Analyze case and confirms incidents
Act as the point of contact between SOC and internal teams.
Relay SOC recommendations (e.g. blocking IPs, account actions) to responsible teams.
Follow Up on Actions
Track status of security requests passed to internal teams.
Report status to stakeholders as needed
Incident Communication Support
Assist in sharing/communicate relevant information during security incidents as directed by Customer/SOC
Help organize responses by connecting SOC alerts with the right internal contacts.
Basic Reporting & Documentation
Keep simple logs of actions and incident updates.
Provide basic summaries or updates to the Customer as needed.
