Cross Sales Executive (Anywhere in Thailand)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize cross-selling strategies aimed at increasing customer lifetime value and overall revenue.
  • Analyze existing accounts to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling potential based on customer behavior, needs, and product usage patterns.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to create joint strategies and campaigns for cross-sell initiatives.
  • Utilize customer usage data, CRM insights, and analytics to proactively pinpoint product gaps and suggest complementary solutions.
  • Establish clear KPIs and targets for cross-sell performance. Regularly track, measure, and report progress against goals.
  • Train yourself and stay updated on effective cross-selling techniques, customer behavior trends, and product updates.
  • Engage with customers to understand their pain points and deliver solutions that add value to their operations.
  • Support marketing in developing personalized email and content campaigns targeted at existing customers for new offerings.
  • Educate internal teams on product pairings and cross-sell approaches that work in different customer segments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in cross-selling, account management, or business development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer data platforms
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven
  • Hospitality SaaS experience is a plus
