HGV TECHNICIANS x3 – 

CAMBRIDGESHIRE – IMMEDIATE START

Permanent, full time – up to £21.00 per hour

A family-run commercial vehicle workshop in Cambridgeshire needs three experienced HGV technicians following a major new contract win. Immediate start for the right candidates.

Pay: up to £21.00 per hour depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00–18:30, alternate Saturdays 08:00–12:30

You will need:

• * Minimum 2 years' proven experience as an HGV technician or commercial vehicle mechanic
• * NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent time-served experience
• * Strong diagnostic, mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
• * Ability to prepare vehicles for MOT to DVSA standards
• * Full driving licence; Class 1 or 2 HGV licence an advantage
• * English test: IELTS for UKVI or PTE Academic UKVI at B1 or above in all four components
• * Candidates already in the UK with the right to work, or on a Skilled Worker visa able to switch employer, given priority given the immediate start
