Key Responsibilities:

- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation aligned with business requirements.

- Participate in software development, including coding, testing, and implementation using various programming languages.

- Maintain and enhance existing software systems.

- Implement and test new systems, conducting user training sessions as needed.

- Manage automated data imports from external sources to ensure data integrity.

- Develop detailed and accurate reports using SQL Service Reporting Services.

- Administer and maintain smooth operation of current systems, including hardware management and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate on group projects and work closely with defined project requirements.
