Are you an experienced mental health professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team in the Armagh area.

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

- Supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the service.

- Ensuring high-quality care and support for individuals with mental health needs.

- Leading and mentoring a team of dedicated professionals.

- Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

- ๐„๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ฅ: Minimum of two years of strong post-qualified experience in a relevant field.

- ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐ซ๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ž: Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a mental health setting.
