IT Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in software development, including coding, testing, and implementation using various programming languages.
• Maintain and enhance existing software systems.
• Implement and test new systems, conducting user training sessions as needed.
• Manage automated data imports from external sources to ensure data integrity.
• Develop detailed and accurate reports using SQL Service Reporting Services.
• Administer and maintain smooth operation of current systems, including hardware management and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on group projects and work closely with defined project requirements.
• Uphold high standards for quality and timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of IT systems, encompassing software and hardware components.
• Effective analysis and interpretation of systems and processes.
• Competence in data management across various formats.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong mathematical and technical documentation capabilities.
• Programming experience, especially in Python, JavaScript, or VBA.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills for legacy systems.
