We are currently recruiting experienced Fence Installers to join a well-established and growing company based in Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for both UK-based candidates (switch visa) and overseas applicants seeking long-term employment with sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing a range of fencing including timber, metal, and agricultural fencing
• Measuring, marking, and setting out fence lines
• Digging and securing posts (manual and machine-assisted)
• Installing panels, rails, and wire systems
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
• Adhering to all health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in fencing, construction, groundworks, or similar trade
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good level of English communication
• Physically fit and reliable
• Full driving licence (preferred but not essential)

Sponsorship Criteria

• Must be willing to obtain UK IELTS (minimum band 5.5 in all components)
• Sponsorship subject to meeting UK Skilled Worker Visa requirements
• Full support provided throughout the visa process
