Are you looking for a role as a paraplanner and do you hold the CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning?

We're looking to fill a Senior Paraplanner role, and this would suit someone who enjoys structure, clear workflows, and working as part of a highly organised, collaborative team.

About the role

You'll support experienced advisers with high-quality financial planning work, operating within clear, well-defined workflows and processes.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Producing clear, compliant suitability and planning reports
• Cashflow modelling and financial analysis
• Researching solutions and supporting adviser recommendations
• Preparing for and supporting client review meetings
• Managing cases efficiently through a structured workflow
• Working closely with advisers and the wider planning team

You must have:

• The skills required to take on a paraplanning role
• Level 4 Diploma
• Solid organisation and workflow management skills
• Good communication and people skills
• The ability to work accurately and methodically
