The opportunity

Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll gradually build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to support our Financial Planners providing research, analysis, building financial models, and client-ready reports.

This is more than just a job. It's a career pathway within a fantastic company, with real scope to become a qualified paraplanner and maybe onwards to become a future planner.

What you'll be doing

With structured guidance and mentoring, you'll:

• Gather and analyse client and product data.
• Build and manipulate lifetime financial models.
• Research financial products and services.
• Co-write suitability letters and reports.
• Attend client meetings and prepare review documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the admin and adviser teams to deliver seamless client service.

Skills required:

We are looking for enthusiasm, adaptability and honesty and a real commitment to building a career in financial planning. You'll ideally bring:

• GCSE English and A-Level Maths (or equivalent working level).
• A methodical mind, with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and strong work ethic.
• Confidence using IT systems and an appetite for learning new tools.
