About the Role

Acting as a primary contact for client queries, overseeing the client onboarding process, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service, this role requires high efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Submitting new business to custody platforms

Monitor and oversee the transfer of client assets

Back-office system management

Record keeping and audit trail management

Carry out service requests for clients

Maintaining compliance data and records

Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external third parties including clients, financial advisors, custodians, and wrapper product providers

Conduct annual client documentation checks for reviews

Attend client meetings or calls

Additional Information

Our role requires easy access to the office in order to be present as required to:

Liaise with other Tanager teams as appropriate

Attend client meetings as required

Working collaboratively and contribute to the business objectives of providing first class client service to our growing client base.

Continue to commit to personal development and participate in training.

Correctly utilise the firms technology solutions to ensure efficient working and data security.

This role would suit someone committed to a client service role with experience in a retail banking, wealth management/ investment environment and a knowledge of AML, KYC, and financial business processes.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary: £27,000 to £30,000, dependent on experience

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Discretionary quarterly and annual bonuses based on individual and company performance

Essential

Transferable experience working in financial services

GCSEs in Maths & English

3 A-Levels (A-C)

Unrestricted rights to work in the UK

Desirable

A degree, or degree-level qualification, would be preferred but is not necessary

Commitment to personal development through training and professional exams

Outstanding written and oral communication with an excellent telephone manner

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently

Ability to interact with wealthy individuals in a confident, professional manner

Ability to work closely with third parties and commercial partners to achieve required client outcomes

Comfortable working in a team
