They can provide varied responsibility and exposure to all aspects of IT managed services provision enabling you to become an accomplished Services Desk Engineer.

You will provide high-quality IT support to their clients in installing and configuring Windows Server, Office365, and networking elements.

They can be flexible on the level of experience you can bring, and the right attitude and desire to contribute are essential. They will welcome applications from individuals with relevant IT support experience or an IT-based educational background.

Additional Information

Because of the nature of the role, it is intrinsically office based. After an initial period of training and learning our processes, some flexible work can be offered.

Essential Skills

  • A car driving license is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10 technologies.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A desire to learn and keep up to date with technology.

Desired Skills

  • Installing, configuring and supporting Windows Server.
  • Configuring and supporting Office 365 core services.
  • PC and Server hardware set-up and configuration.
  • Resolving and troubleshooting networking issues.

Experience working as a 2nd Line Support Analyst, Support Engineer, Service Desk Technician, IT Technician, Service Desk Analyst, Service Desk Engineer, Helpdesk Support, Helpdesk Analyst, Helpdesk Engineer with experience across Windows Server and Microsoft cloud, ideally with previous Managed IT Service environment is advantageous.
