Paraplanner & Business Manager
Location: London | Hybrid working available
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + benefits

We're looking for a technically proficient and detail driven Paraplanner who can also help with other areas of our innovative business as we grow.

What you'll be doing

Supporting Wealth Advisers, you'll help deliver high-quality, compliant, and client-focused financial advice and oversee and manage our operational and investment processes.

• Creating detailed, compliant recommendation letters across tax, pensions, trusts, and investments.
• Supporting complex HNW planning including offshore bonds, SIPPs, SSASs, FICs, IHT planning and protection.
• Managing business operations including client onboarding, asset deployment, investment portfolios, and compliance documentation.
• Leading annual review and reporting cycles for all client families.
• Engaging directly with clients and third parties including product providers, accountants, and legal teams.
• Providing Management Information
• Responding to client enquiries
• Undertaking ad-hoc projects

Skills required

• Technical paraplanning expertise, ideally 5+ years experience and qualified to Level 4, and ideally working towards Chartered Status.
• Have experience in producing recommendation letters for HNW clients
• Confident communication skills and able to translate complex technical issues into client-friendly recommendation letters.
• Knowledgeable in tax-efficient structures, trusts, IHT, pensions, investments, and family wealth planning.
• Adept with platforms and systems such as WRAP, investment modelling tools, CRM software, and cash flow modelling systems.
• Organised, self-motivated and commercially aware able to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
